  • When booking an appointment, a credit/debit card must be held on file to prevent no shows or last-minute cancellations.

  • If you are running 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will be rescheduled or cancelled.  Please be mindful of my time and other client’s time.

  • We understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments. Please give me at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.  If you chage or cancel your appointnet with the less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service(s).

 *48-Hour cancellation notice is required for hightlights/bayalage and keratin treatment services.


*Beginning 2023, all appointments will require a 25% deposit of your service(s) scheduled.

*1st time clients will be required to place a 50% deposit of service(s) scheduled.

**All clients will need to have a card on file.
